ARE YOU BORED OF THE NORMAL UPMA AT HOME? WANT SOMETHING EVEN MORE HEALTHY AND TASTY?
Ingredients : ✅Cooked Quinao - 1 small bowl ✅Raw oats -1 small bowl ✅Ghee -1 tbsp ✅Haldi -1/2 tsp ✅Red mirchi -1/2 tsp ✅Curry leaves -5-6 pcs ✅Green chillies - 1 pc ✅Jeera -1 tsp ✅Boiled mix veggies ✅Salt to taste ✅Chopped Fresh Coriander leaves -1 tbsp
Method: 1. Take ghee in a pan and add some jeera and curry leaves.
2. Roast oats for 5 min and add it to the pan. 3. Add the qunioa, masala and veggies to the pan.
4. Pour some hot boiling water to it and stir it well to avoid any lumps
5. Garnish some coriander leaves to it or any condiments.
A perfect food to relish your dinner, rich in protein and fibres.
