Turmeric 1/2 Tsp
Lemon 1 tbsp
Pumpkin or Bottle gourd 50 gm chopped one
Ginger small piece
Jaggery or honey 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Fresh coconut (optional) - 1 tbsp grated
Fresh tulsi or basil (optional)
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender also add some water to it. 2. Preferred to be consumed early morning in smaller quantity.
