Tips to boost your immunity

I am starting with daily tips to survive fit and healthily in this lockdown. I would love to share some quick immunity booster rich foods are :

  1. Haldi

  2. plenty of Vitamin C like Awla, Oranges , Strawberries, Goose Berries and Guavas

  3. Ginger

  4. Tulsi

  5. Neem

  6. Cinnamon

  7. Honey

  8. Black pepper

Include these in your daily routine by making a Kahwa in hot water and consume it early morning or eat empty stomach first thing in the morning
